Got lashes?
The best facial feature (second to eyebrows) are eyelashes. Unfortunately, my natural eyelashes aren't very long. For years, I struggled to put on fake eyelash strips. I still regret not wearing them at my senior prom because I couldn't get them on.
The best facial feature (second to eyebrows) are eyelashes.Unfortunately, my natural eyelashes aren't very long. For years, I struggled to put on fake eyelash strips. I still regret not wearing them at my senior prom because I couldn't get them on.
At one point in time, I even paid to get professional eyelash extensions from First Nails & Spa located in Murrysville. They did a great job and the lashes stayed on for two weeks! However, the cost added up after a while, so I had to stop going to get refills.
Even now that I've had tons of practice putting on fake eyelashes, every now and then I run into the problem of buying lashes that look unnatural. But just a couple weeks ago, I had an epiphany.
Why don't I do eyelash extensions myself?
While I would only keep them on one day as opposed to two weeks, they would still look more natural. So I gave it a try!
The first thing I did was find cheap eyelashes that didn't look good when wearing the entire strip. Then, I cut the lashes into small clumps as needed starting from the ends.
After that, I picked up a single clump and put a dot of Kiss Lash Adhesive on the end.
The rest of the process is just carefully placing the lash as close to the lash line as possible until you fill up!
And then voila! You're done and then you can take hella selfies! You're welcome!
